NewtonWorks Returns to The Gasket & Seals Show

Written by NewtonWorks News | Jan 21, 2026

NewtonWorks is proud to announce its return to The Gasket & Seals Show in Amsterdam, taking place from February 24 to 26, 2026. The NewtonWorks team will be at Booth 531.

Following a successful European launch of NewtonSuite eSeal last year, the team will once again be on the ground to demonstrate how advanced rubber seal analysis is transforming the gasket and sealing industry.

As part of Materials Week Europe, The Gasket & Seals Show brings together leading companies to explore future sealing solutions driven by the global demand for higher performance and sustainability.

eSeal 2025.1: Enhanced flexibility and efficiency

NewtonWorks Corporation released eSeal updates in late 2025, with significant new features that will be previewed at the booth.

Key updates include:

  • Enhanced GUI Flexibility: Users can now switch analysis types (Plane Strain or Axisymmetric) directly within the interface, even after opening a data file, offering greater adaptability during the design process.
  • Improved Workflow Efficiency: The software now supports space characters in file and directory names. It also allows users to delete multiple settings simultaneously in the model setting field, streamlining daily operations.
  • Advanced Post-Processing Tools: New animation settings provide precise control over step increments and frame intervals, whilst a new feature enables users to measure the distance between any two selected nodes for detailed analysis.
  • Visual Clarity: Updated contour settings provide overflow and underflow colour control, ensuring that extreme values don’t blend into the background and remain distinct during review.

Joint Presentation: Sondel Engineering & NewtonWorks

Sondel Engineering and NewtonWorks will take the stage during the show for a joint presentation on the topic, “Accelerating OEM Collaboration and Stakeholder Satisfaction with Custom Seal Design using NewtonSuite eSeal.”

Led by Naomichi Taketa of NewtonWorks and Jan Boomsma of Sondel Engineering, this session addresses the critical bottlenecks in the custom seal design workflow, specifically the friction between sales, design, and laboratory teams.

The two presenters will discuss a strategy to overcome design bottlenecks where dependency on expert analysis delays OEM collaboration.

By empowering non-experts with NewtonSuite eSeal’s easy-to-use simulation tools, organisations can shift to evidence-based workflows that reduce rework and reliance on physical testing. A featured case study with Yazaki will also demonstrate how this digital validation builds stakeholder trust and accelerates decision-making.
